Ben Emerson is the Head PGA Advanced Professional based at PGA Bowood, England. The number 1 course in Wiltshire and the official PGA Golf Course and Golf Academy in the south west of England.
He is also part of the Today’s Golfer UK ‘Top 50’ Elite Teaching Professionals, featuring in the UK’s number one selling golf magazine offering tips and advice to thousands of readers all over the World.
His clientele includes touring & PGA professionals, elite amateurs & county players, male and female golfers at all levels. His unique, honest and fun style of coaching has help thousands of golfers of all ages and abilities.
With nearly 20 years experience working in the golf and leisure industry Ben’s credentials include being an Advanced PGA Qualified Professional, a Trackman Level 2 and K-VEST 3D Biomechanics Level 2 Professional. As well as an Advanced TPI Golf Fitness Professional. He is also a certified Swing Catalyst and BodiTrak Professional and Master Mind Factor Performance Coach.
Ben offers the latest technology, equipment and professional advice. This includes Trackman Launch Monitor, K-VEST 3D Motion Capture Analysis, Advanced Swing Analysis Software and Super High Speed 4K Cameras. Full video analysis is available to assist the player in evaluating all aspects of their swing, drills and exercises.
As well as being a golf coach he was the Health Club Manager at Castle Royle Golf and Country Club overlooking the running of the health club, gym and spa. He is now a certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Golf Fitness Professional as well as being an Advanced TPI Golf and K-VEST 3D Biomechanics Professional. He is also a certified Swing Catalyst and BodiTrak Professional.
In 2008 he founded a Junior Golf Academy, which still coaches hundreds of young golfers each year. Over the years he has been very privilege to have coached thousands of children from the ages of 5 to 18 at many well-known schools around the country. Schools including; The Oratory School, St Andrews, Shiplake College, Beaconsfield School, Cheam School, Papplewick School, The Abbey, Crosfields, Moulsford, Stover and St Mary’s School in Calne.
